APPLEFEST BOOK SALE: Sept. 17th

The Friends of the Northborough Library are having our annual Applefest Book Sale! We have an excellent selection of fiction and non-fiction, adult and children's books. There are thousands of books for sale.  Please visit our sale while you enjoy the town-wide festival!

The sale is Saturday, September 17th from 9:30-3PM , at the Northborough Library, 34 Main Street.   All books will be priced at $1, with our special of 10 books/$8.  Since DVDs were such a bit hit last year, we will have a bunch of DVDs priced to sell at $2 each! We will be outside the library on the sidewalk in front of the library.  In the event of inclement weather, the booksale will be held inside the library.

For those of you coming to Northborough from out of town, please follow your GPS to 34 Main Street.  There is free parking at the library, across the street (and down a little) at Town Hall and at other locations in town.

Of course, we are now accepting donations of gently used books and media items at the library. Please no magazines, Baby board books, Reader's Digest condensed books, encyclopedia sets, or books in poor condition.  Please bring them to the library anytime during open hours.  Please do not leave the books outside the library or in the book drops.  Feel free to visit our on-going sale shelves every day at the library, where the books are just 50 cents each, every day.
