Federal Tax Forms and Publications. The library will not have pre-printed copies of federal tax forms and publications. However, we will be happy to help you find and get the forms you need. Forms, publications, instructions for paper and e-filing your 2016 federal income taxes are available at irs.gov You may request forms and publications sent to you by US mail, or find and print out the forms you need.
State Tax Forms. You may pick up a copy of Form 1 (For MA residents) and Form 1-NR/PY (For non-residents or part-year residents) at the Adult Services Desk. Due to limited quantities, only one form per tax filer is available. Forms, publications, instructions for paper and e-filing your 2016 Massachusetts income taxes are available at mass.gov/dor/.
