Federal Tax Forms and Publications.  The library will not have pre-printed copies of federal tax forms and publications this year.  However, we will be happy to help get the forms you need.  Forms, publications, instructions for paper and e-filing your taxes are available at irs.gov  Please see our handout for information on how to get forms mailed to your home.

State Tax Forms. Beginning January 19th, you may pick up a copy of Form 1 (For MA residents) and Form 1-NR/PY (For non-residentsor part-year residents) at the Adult Services Desk.  Due to limited quantities, only one form per tax filer is available. See our handout for links and information on e-filing your taxes, printing out forms and contacting the Mass Department of Revenue.

Please feel free to call or visit the library if you need assistance with using either the federal or state websites, or to print out the forms you need.
